🚀 We are currently building a brand-new team for our client and looking for a PostgreSQL Developer to join the client’s internal team on a long-term project with a high degree of technical autonomy.

👉 What awaits you on the project?
• New Technologies: You will be building a completely new solution. Alongside PostgreSQL, you’ll have the opportunity (and expectation) to learn and work with new types of databases.
• Strong Focus on Core Development: Business requirements are prepared by dedicated analysts, and the architecture is led by an experienced architect. Your primary focus will be writing clean code, unit testing, and documentation. • Modern Tooling: Full CI/CD pipelines running on GitLab.
• Direct Impact: Primary communication happens within the internal team, with occasional direct interaction with the client when needed.

👉 Flexibility & Work Culture:
• Delivery-Focused: We care about output and quality, whether you prefer coding at 1 PM or 8 PM.
• Hybrid Model (up to 50% Home Office): A balanced mix of working from home and in the office.
• Core Meetings: Internal team syncs (both online and a few in-person meetings per month) take place during standard business hours.
